Company
L. (turnover of 200 M€) can bear
total client defaults of 450 K€. Beyond that,
its operating revenues may be threatened.
The company must thus be protected beyond that
amount. On the basis of the company's needs and
budgets, an indemnification ceiling has thus been
jointly determined with the insurer.
The Excess Credit-Insurance policy is well-suited
to the company's internal operations (experienced
credit manager, procedures).
In the event of a claim, the indemnity will be
100%, up to be indemnification ceiling determined
with the insurer, above the annual aggregate first
loss. |
