- Beyond a grace period stipulated in the contract, the Insurer obligatorily comes into play. |

Cost |

- The premium rate, expressed as a figure per thousand, is calculated according to the turnover covered by the Insurer.

* on the insurable turnover,
* on the nature and distribution of the clientele,
* on the identified claims rate. |

- The factoring commission depends on the assigned turnover.
- It depends:
* on the assigned volume,
* on the nature and distribution of the clientele,
* on the identified claims rate
* on the average size of the invoices,
* on the Factoring House's appreciation of the assignor's quality.
- The financing commission is directly tied to the usages. |
